The frigate in the foreground is HMNZS Hawea (F422). Originally HMS Loch Eck (K422), was sold to the Royal New Zealand Navy in 1948. Was active in the Korean War. After decommission in 1965 she was towed to Hong Kong for final ship-breaking.

Shows the arial ropeway at the Green Island Cement Company. The ropeway ends at a long shed (inside the red circle). 

Fortunately, the sun is quite low so one can see the shadows of both pylons and rope.
