Field Cottage Kai Tak airfield

Field Cottage was the headquarters of the Hong Kong Flying Club.

It was situated at the north-west corner of the airfield on one of the few roads remaining from the Kai Tak Investments estate’s layout.

The center photo shows Richmond House (1st generation).

My guess its around 1930 as the next one in this (Highfill) album is already uploaded https://gwulo.com/atom/24858 (attributed to eternal 1966b, dated 1930's).

Any other clue regarding the date?
