I'm looking for photos / sketches / portraits of him for the CPS project's history book. A Barrister, he was appointed as second Police Magistrate (the position previously called "Assistant Magistrate") in 1862. He left Hong Kong in 1870 [1], but I'm not sure if he carried on as Police Magistrate that long, as E W Goodlake was appointed as Second Police Magistrate in 1867.

I'm looking for photos / sketches / portraits of him for the CPS project's history book. A Barrister, he succeeded Henry Tudor Davies as Chief Magistrate. He arrived in Hong Kong "on the 25th November, 1860, from England and was duly gazetted the next day." [1] But he didn't stay long: "Callahan (sic.) left within a year, having been appointed Governor of Labuan". [2]

Dates of birth & death given by Christopher Munn in the Dictionary of Hong Kong Biography.

He was Hong Kong's first Chief Magistrate. He founded Hong Kong's Police force, and had several other important roles in Hong Kong's government between 1841 and his retirement (and departure from Hong Kong) in 1859.

I'm looking for an image of him to include in the JCCPS project. Has anyone seen one? Photos may not be available, so sketches / engravings / cartoons / paintings are also welcome.
