St Joseph's School class picture?

This picture is of a class or group at St Joseph's School probably taken around 1915. The pupil on the right of the picture with the green ring around him may be one of my uncles as the snap is in our family collection. However, if anybody can identify anybody or has anything to say about the picture I would be interested to hear.

1910s View of The Peak

I'm guessing 1910 as the date for this postcard, but corrections are welcome.

The excellent 1912 map (thanks to the anonymous submitter) shows what we're looking at.  In the foreground is Chamberlain Road (called 'Peak Road' today), sloping down to the left, before curving round to the right and out of sight. Just above that is Treverbyn with the large arched window, and behind that we can see the back of the Peak Hotel. Further up the slope to the right is Formosa.

This second card, sent home in 1914 is self-explanatory, sent by my great-grandfather.

Major Sir Walter Barttelot Bt. was going back to join his regiment in England, having been ADC to the Governor General of New South Wales.

He stopped in Canton and Hong Kong.
