1960s Looking west over HKFC

What: The big building in the foreground is the HKFC's (Hong Kong Football Club) old stadium. Does anyone know which years the stadium opened, and later was demolished?

Where: The photographer is standing to the east of the HKFC. The angle puts him above the stadium, but not so high that he was on top of

DRAGON VILLA is on the headland. This section of Castle Peak Road was a useful parking pull-off to wait for sailing junks to pass and be photographed

Roxy Movie Sign

Roxy Theater Causeway Bay.

Close up of the movie sign, taken from 2 separate photos.

I can see that it says "Cinemascope", but I can't work out the name of the movie.
Probably after 1957, when Victoria Park opened, maybe early sixties.

I found a list of all the movies made in Cinemascope, if you think you can make out the name of the movie.

Victoria Park

Some images of Victoria Park I found on line, I saw that 7 of them lined up, so I have joined them together.
Judging by the cars, I would say late 1950s to early 1960s.

Must be after 1957, if that's when Victoria Park opened.
Causeway Bay is not an area I am familiar with.

Of note, there is a "canal" of water in the center, that stretches as far as the car park. To the left we have St Pauls Convent School.

Stairway to where?

Image (external):

This is a photo from october,1969. I'm wondering if anyone can identify this unfinished stairway? The pink building behind has the letters "HKSPCA" visible-Society for the prevention of cruelty to animals?
