This could be the old harbour street where Aberdeen Praya Road is today. Unfortunately, the image isn't focussed very good, but the sign of a supermarket (Man Sand??) can be seen. <Read more ...>

Also from the area Chatham/Cameron Road. Maybe from Park Hotel, too. For me it looks again like a combination of old houses due for demolition and squatter huts.

This should be Hanoi Road from the junction with Carnavon Road. A sign says: Tack Long Dis(pensary). Its still there (1 Hanoi Road, T.S.T., Hong Kong). The tree is also seen on Mike Cussans' image "Hanoi Road Kowloon 1970". <Read more ...>
On the very bottom of the picture (and building) is a sign reading "Tak Kindergarten" with the first part of the name outside. The Chinese name is visible, hopefully someone can read it and identify the location.
With help of tngan its identified now (Thank you). As its so close to Tiger Balm Garden the picture might be shot after leaving the bus or from the entrance of the garden. <Read more ...>
This one is shot somewhere in Tsim Tsa Tsui. Possibly in Kowloon Park, and the two houses on right and left hand side might be Hanley and Manley Houses, resp. If you go to maximum magnification a (swimming?) crane can be seen in the background. <Read more ...>
