Originally Edenhall, the old mansion on the site was used as the school building along with one half of Westbourne Villa (No 84 Bonham Road), where Rhine Court is today. A purpose built school was built c1960 before being replaced with the Scholastic Gardens development in the mid 1990's

Developed by the Richmond Estate Company in the 1890's. Advertised as Juvenix Lodge in the 1930's. The mansion became Pui Ying Middle School post WW2 before being demolished and replaced with a purpose built school building circa 1960. Scholastic Gardens replaced the school building in the mid 1990's

Belvoir Lodge/Ardmore [c.1895-1925]

Built by Richmond Estate Company in the 1890's 

Also called Beloon Lodge. Name changed to Belvoir Lodge c1900. Called Ardmore in 1904. In 1908 it was the home of Lau Chu Pak 

- site redeveloped in the 1920s. Called Juvenix Lodge in the 1930's

 

Tai Wo Hospital opened on site in 1941 - likely in same building
