This 1937 advert from a marine handbook may be related to the Ah King slipway in Causeway Bay. I believe the House Flag is the same or similar. IDJ

Advert in the Hongkong Telegraph for 5th November 1928, offering flats at Peak Mansions. The text reads:

"The Peak Mansions - Situated within TWo Minutes; Walk from the Tram Station and overlooking the Southern Side of the Island. Ready for Occupation. Five-Roomed and Six-Roomed Apartments with all Modern Conveniences, Drying Rooms and Out-house, Two Lifts. Apply to -- Credit Foncier d'Extreme Orient, 4th Floor, French Bank Building."

Junction of Aberdeen Street & Queen's Road Central [????- ]

A friend sent me this ad from the 1960s, but I can't identify the street. Some say it might be Aberdeen Street. I also found from another Gwulo'er that the woman in the ad is actually Anthony Hard, the transvestite son of a taipan. Does anyone have info about the location or the ad? Inquiring minds want to know!
