Hong Kong's stilleto-heel bathtime decadence

Not really history, just amusing.

Seen in a shop in Queens Road East late last year. No price tag on it.

Just how does one get it into the typical HK flat, never mind the bathroom.

Would not fit in the building's lift/elevator either.

Destined for a mansion no doubt 

Middle Road carpark-Gone!-rear of Sheraton Hotel

The government's Middle Road carpark was a useful prominent marker when dating images of the Kowloon waterfront from the 1964 onwards. It was later fronted by the Shereton Hotel and disappeared from most peoples view. One can only wonder what guests of the hotel thought when allocated rooms at the rear and opening their curtains to be confronted by a close view of a gloomy multi-level carpark instead of a harbour panorama.

As the MTR West Rail line runs under the site what is to be built there?
