I wonder what's the occasion in this film? There are plenty of senior military people around, if that gives any clue.
The title for the film on Youtube is "Opening Ceremony of The University of Hong Kong". The original opening cermeony was back in 1912, so it shouldn't be that we're watching. Maybe a ceremony to celebrate opening some new buildings?
