Hi, if anyone is viewing this photo the person on the left is my Grandad, the guy on the right i have no idea. I came across these photos after my dad passed away and have no explanation. This is a preserved steam locomotive (named 'Matthew Murray') on the Middleton Railway in the United Kingdom. it was built in 1902 by the Manning Wardle locomotive factory in Leeds. It is belived to be the same class and model of locomotive ordered by 1901-1902 by John Swire & Sons ,
I came across this old photo belonging to my father. In the background there is road sign 'Luk Keng Road'. Do you know if this is in Luk Keng village and whether or not this road still exist? I am struggling to find much about this road on the net. <Read more ...>
