Hong Kong Land Investment & Agency Co. [1889-????]

I was looking for information about the Hong Kong Land Investment & Agency Co., which owned nos, 1, 2 and 3 Broadwood Road, I.L. 2039 in 1916, the company having bought the lot when Broadwood Road was created. John Charter's wartime journal for Wednesday, 9 June 1943 gives a good description of it. Did it become Hongkong Land?

The emblem pattern on this window frame is identical to the one on the top level ornate balcony.

This building was built in 1932 with a balcony just under a flag pole(?)
