The Airport Main Fire Station adjacent to Sung Wong Toi Road can be seen below the black smoke from the Green Island Cement Factory. Note the temporary control tower from the early 1960s (yet to be demolished) which was replaced in 1962 with the construction of the Passenger Terminal Building.
