It came from a sketch in the SOAS Archives in London, in the CWM (Council for World Missions) holdings, (S. China, Incoming, Box 7, folder 3 - B). It was drawn with North in a peculiar location, so I re-drew it to map onto any conventional map with north at the top of the page.
