There is already a photograph on Gwulo of a different Canberra bomber at Kai Tak(?) but John noted that this was the first one to be flown into Kai Tak - now corrected to Sek Kong - in early 1956 by Air Marshall Sir Dermot Boyle.  As the newly appointed Chief of the Air Staff he was making a 20,000 mile tour of R.A.F. bases in the Middle and the Far East.

Air Chief Marshal, Sir Dermot Boyle landed his Canberra bomber at Sek Kong Airfield on 14 January 1956. He flew in from Singapore.
