This is Central with e.g. Electra House (white building in the centre) and the new Star Ferry Pier (3rd gen.) at the right side of the photo.

The original photo captures the transition between 2nd and 3rd generation Star Ferry piers in Central. Can see a Star Ferry alongside the old pier off Ice House Street. Have also added-in the place names to your photo.
