Hi there,

Recently two commercial buildings in Wanchai Road had been demolished.  An ARP Portal could now be seen right up on the slope, under Ruttunjee Hospital.  Go and take a look before constructions begin.  I will try to snap a few photos next time I walk around there.

Hi Thomas, that sounds like Portal 68. I've linked in some photos from a 2007 visit, when it could only be seen edge-on along an alley. Has the old gate survived?

Hi David,

Been there a bit before 1800 hrs earlier today.   It looked more or less the same as in your photo.   The entrance had been covered by bolders, just like those on the retension wall.  The rim of the door still looked intact but the concrete is certainly in decay owing to the years.  No good photos today owing to the fading light and there was some heavy excavating equipment in front of it, partially blocking the view.

I'll see if I could get on the upper deck of a tram for another go sometime later.
