I've added a guess at the demolition date as mid-1957, based on Moddsey's note that the replacement terminal was already open by then:

The 1957 Star Ferry Annual Report indicates that the Kowloon Star Ferry Pier at present location commenced operation on 17 March 1957.

I've set the completion date to 1907, based on this entry in the PWD Annual Report that year:

The Kowloon Star Ferry Pier which was severely damaged during the Typhoon of the 18th September, 1906, was entirely reconstructed on a new plan, being arranged for the ferry steamers to go alongside parallel with, instead of at right angles to, the quay wall.

Star Ferry Piers at the end of Salisbury Road were completed in 1905 replacing the old pier in the Kowloon Wharves. Source (No 16)
