Early occupant
In 1931, Ho War-Tong, Compradore, American Milk Products Co. was living at this address (Source: 1931 Jurors List).
The house seems to have either been completely rebuilt or significantly remodelled, but retaining some features or lines of the original building. As with many other Kowloon Tong properties, the shape of the original roof seems to have been kept, even if not much else resembles the original building.
