Perhaps E W Hamilton Should be Eric William Hamilton.
He was born on 13 January 1888 in Godstone ,Surrey ,England.
Educated at Blundell’s school and Cambridge University.
He worked in district office, the N.T.. Later on he worked as the superintendent of imports and exports.
He died in 1961.
