Central Fire Station under scaffolding. The Queen Victoria Street Pier to Yaumati on the waterfront is opposite the Central Fire Station.

The photo shows the Queen Victoria Street Pier, the one at Jubilee Street had been demolished a few years ago. Please correct. 

I also didn't see that before I checked the PWRs of the 1920 - I've to correct a couple of my own posts.
