We've seen a couple of comments from João Botas, who is obviously very knowledgeable about Macau history. (Thanks to Vanessa for the introduction). João has a frequently updated blog about Macau history. It's written in Portuguese, but Google Translate does a pretty good job of translating it to English - and there are lots of old pictures to enjoy in any case. (Link via Tony Banham).

for anyone interested in just over 500 images of macau they can be seen on facebook at the following link and cover a myriad of time-span up until about the 80s
