Gwulo book news
Spreading the word - If you've received your copy of the new Volume 2 and enjoyed reading it (I know several orders that won't be read until Christmas day!), please could you take a moment to tell a friend, or leave a rating / review? If you use any of these sites, they'd be a great place to start: Amazon, Goodreads, LibraryThing. Thanks for helping - word-of-mouth is my best chance to find new readers.
Copies sent worldwide - Not surprisingly, most of the orders for Volume 2 have come from Hong Kong, but we've had orders from a wide range of other countries too:
- Australia
- Canada
- Denmark
- Finland
- France
- Germany
- Ireland
- Luxembourg
- New Zealand
- Norway
- Singapore
- Sweden
- Switzerland
- United Kingdom
- United States
A pause in delivery over Christmas - I'm taking a break with the family from December 21-26, so I won't be mailing out any orders over that time. You're still welcome to place your order though, and I'll send it out as soon as the Post Office re-opens after the holidays. Or if you're in Hong Kong you can find copies of Volume 1 & 2 at these bookstores: Bleak House Books - Bookazine - Chung Hwa Book Co. (with branches at the airport) - Commercial Press - Hong Kong Book Centre - Joint Publishing - Kelly & Walsh - Swindon Book Co.
The first mistake in Volume 2 - Thanks to Harry Fynn who wrote in to let me know that I've got battalions and regiments the wrong way around on page 61.
