Is this Fenwick Street or Luard Road taken from Hennessy Road? The tram tracks are visible and it looks very much like Wan Chai (Andrew S)

Looking east on Hennessy Road. The traffic pagoda at the junction with the policeman directing traffic was a favourite photo opportunity for visitors.
