Where is that? Tai Tam? The year denoted is 1909. "Large water dam Hongkong" is written on the backside of that photo. Can anyone help?

This picture was taken 1907. There is a draper´s shop to the right and two hatters to the left. Looking up you see a sign that reads: "English School". Has anybody any idea for a localisation?
