Dorothy Elizabeth Darkin née Davies (born sometime between April and June 1931) was married to a Rick Darkin (I think maybe Richard Eric son of Norman Darkin?) who was a Superintendent in the RHKP in Mongkok, Kowloon at the time of her death. We believe she had left the UK for New Zealand as a nurse in the late 1950s before ending up in HK. She had two sons (Angus and Rodney) who would have been born in the 1960s. The last known address was in Broadcast Drive, Kowloon.

My great great grandfather, Charles Henry Hart, was one of the original successful bidders for marine lots during the first auction of Hong Kong land in 1841. He was based in Macau for many years and ran a trade between Macau, Hong Kong, (probably also Canton) Calcutta and Mauritius.
