The building at 25 & 27 Kennedy Road, Wan Chai (I.L.1931) was originally the villa of Tang King Po. The Public Works Report for 1916 refers: 

Works completed:   2    European Houses    I.L.’s 1931 and 1938, Kennedy Road.

Tang donated the building in 1965 which was rebuilt into a school. (source)

Title a bit misleading : Queen's Road is at the bottom of Stone Nullah Lane.

Probably junction of Stone Nullah Lane and Queen's Road East.

Stone Nullah Lane [c.1850- ]

Named after: the water channel that ran through it.

A creek starting just below (todays) Kennedy Road ran down the hill and drained into Victoria Harbour where (todays) Wanchai Road runs. Possibly as early as the late 1840s, when Queen's Road was built, the creek was diverted and ran covered under the street.
