Quite likely late 1960's. The map shows the Stewart Road Ferry Pier (Wanchai to Yaumati Wharf) that was closed at the end of 1970.

The map is pretty over-simpified, but you surely will find the bar..

This is Lockhart Road, looking west towards Fenwick. This photo was taken in April 1974 by Scott Ely. You can see that a number of the old Wanchai bars have been demolished by new construction on the right.

HopeWell mentioned in the redevelopment plan of Ship Street that they would restore Nam Goo Terrace to be the club house of the new estate.  No idea of the state of the building thus I have marked it N/A as for the time being.  HopeWell may have amended the plan already though.
