P&O liner on its way for scrapping-Orient Overseas liner-which one?-1970s

I took this picture from Tsing Yi Island during the early to mid-1970s.

The rear vessel is recalled as being the P&O liner ARCADIA on its way to be scrapped in Taiwan.

The black-topped funnel identifies it.

The front vessel is one of CY Tung’s ‘Orient-Overseas’ liners-But which one?

It has the look of one of the New Zealand shipping company’s liners

Russian liner-1970s-which one?

This Russian liner I photographed from a harbour ferry in the 1970s. It is ex British Cunard line, but its name is not quite readable, not helped by the Russian way of presenting names. I’m presuming the image has not been posted the wrong way around!

Russian merchant ships often visited the dockyards at Hung Hom for maintenance and repair. The local newspapers claimed these were an excuse for spying missions in the colony as there were major dockyards in the Soviet Far East they could have used.

An internet search offers the choice of two Cunard vessels:-

Hi all, my first post here. Can anyone identify where this photo was taken?

It was uploaded by H. Grobe to the Wikimedia Commons under a free licence with no information attached other than the date, 1965. I've been trying to add the location, but I'm stumped!

I have poked around numerous locations on Google Earth including Aberdeen, Wah Fu/Cyberport, Tuen Mun, island east, Tsing Yi, Sai Kung...but nothing stands out in particular. Made more difficult by the reclamation and the fact that these buildings have likely been redeveloped.

Here's another view of the harbour, taken around July 9th,1972. While I was there, that small US Carrier pulled in, and the Wanchai places I had been hanging about in were suddenly flooded with Sailors. Tropical Storm Susan was approaching, and those ships quickly pulled out. After that, I practically had the whole place to myself down there.
