This photo shows the inscription commemorating Charles Boreham, who arrived in Hong Kong as a seaman and lived to the age of 82. He was a contemporary of my great-grandfather, John Olson, who died three years earlier at the age of 80. I noticed this grave in St Michael's Cemetery, as it carries the imprint of my family's company, C.E. Warren & Co. Ltd and, on checking Gwulo, saw that there had been an enquiry about Charles Boreham a few years ago.
