Greetings.   I am trying to get my coordinates on this photo.

Is that the police station on the right distant background?   This area at one time had many wicker shops so these must be wicker stems drying in the sun.  (We called them wicker heart, and the ties/string wicker skin.)  I can't think of a spot there that is several feet below street level.  At the water's edge perhaps, but no shore protection and the cameraman would be on water.  Thanks in advance for the clarification.  Regards,  Peter
