Residential block built as 8 large flats, each well over 3000 sq ft. My daughters used to have piano lessons in one of them in the mid-1980s from Mrs Sweeting. Her husband was Professor Sweeting.
When I last walked by some years ago, they appeared to be being used as offices.

My wife and I walked past No. 2 University Drive last Sunday. It appeared empty and had the air of a building about to be demolished. A quick check of the HKU Estates Office web site confirms this impression.
