Bonham Road & Centre Street looking West to Greenmount & Balls Court

A great view of Western Mid Levels c1870. The photographer is standing at the junction of Robinson Road (Today Park Road) & Bonham Road looking west. Centre Street is middle right. Babington Path (not yet named when the photo was taken) runs up the hill in the centre of the picture, running past the house called Greenmount. To the right of Greenmount is Craigellachie with Ball's court furthest to the right on the other side of Bonham Road.

This photographer is likely William Floyd or John Thomson.

Hospital Road 1870s

Date picture taken (to nearest decade for older photos):
1875

This later picture is taken from almost exactly the same place. Date is a guess, but I have other photos dates 1870s/1880 is these tones Also Burnside, (or Excelsior) seems to be missing,  there is a lower building in its place (I think this low building is actually Burnside and the larger two storied building seen in the later photo is Excelsior). Hospital and Bonham Road look rougher with lower quality retaining walls.
