Central 1998.07.06

Only just noticed one of the IFC towers being built on the left of this photo. I don't even remember seeing either IFC tower until 2007!

On the Lantau ferry from Central to Silvermine Bay (Mui Wo).

The building on the right is Pak Sui Yuen 百粹苑, former halls of residence of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University at 17 Science Museum Road, Tsim Sha Tsui East. The halls were demolished around 2006-07 (?) and the PolyU's hotel, Hotel Icon, now stands on this site.

Chuk Lam Ming Tong, Ping Shan 屏山

A building I stumbled across somewhere off the Light Rail between Tuen Mun and Yuen Long. Finally, after years of Googling "紀念堂 屏山", I found this blog post (http://blog.terewong.com/archives/8985), which explains that it is Chuk Lam Ming Tong, an elderly care home (www.clmt.org.hk) in Ping Shan.
