According to Cinema Treasures, the first theatre built at the site was the 761-seat Golden Flower Theatre 金花戲院 which was opened on February 11, 1983, and closed sometime in early 2000's.  After extensive renovation, the theatre was renamed Global Art Centre and started operating on May 18, 2008.  Its Chinese name is is not found in internet thus far.  It was closed in February 2010.

Full House (Formerly Mini 21 Shaukeiwan) / 新金明戲院 [1995-2002]

The theatre built at the site was first named Mini 21 Shaukeiwan Theatre and it opened to business in 1992.  Following a renovation, on November 16, 1995 it was re-named Full House Theatre.  The theatre was closed sometime in early 2000's; for the purpose of this page, it is estimated to be 2002.
