Cheong Lok Theatre / 長樂戲院 [1924-1969]

Address: Holy Cross Path at Shau Kei Wan Road, Shau Ki Wan, Hong Kong.  The information  in the Wikipedia source shows that the site is the current 利基大廈 Lee Ga Building, the southwest corner of Holy Cross Path - Sai Wan Ho Street intersection. 

According to Cinema Treasures, The Cheong Lok Theatre was opened to business at an unknown date before 1927.  The theatre operated during the period from 1924 * to 1969.  The site is now occupied by a residential building.

Chai Wan Theatre / 柴灣戲院 [1970-1993]

The first Chai Wan Theatre opened to business on February 4, 1970.  It was later replaced by a new mini Chai Wan Theatre which closed in June 1993.

Century Theatre operated during the period September 27,1974 - April 16, 2010.

Full House Theatre (Yau Tong) / 滿堂戲院 [1981-????]

Address: Ka Wing Street, Yau Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong.  The current occupant is  嘉發商場 (part of the Yau Tong Centre).

Besides the Chinese name shown in the heading, Full House Theatre is also known as 金海城戲院 or 油塘戲院.  It was opened in 1981 and closed sometime in the 1990s.  Edit May 10, 2017: please note the term "Demolished" refers to the day when theatre operation ended.

Capital Theatre (Sham Shui Po) / 京華戲院 [1982-1996]

Broadway Theatre (Kowloon Bay) / 百老滙戲院 [1996-2009]

Broadway Theatre in Kowloon Bay was a re-development in 1995 of the former Amoy (淘大)  Theatre (October 1987 - October 1995)  to a triplex.  The theatre started operating on July 11, 1996 until April 1, 2009 when it was taken over by Cine-Art House.

Brightly Star Cinema (Tai Po) / 星輝戲院 (大埔) [1992-1999]

The Brightly Star Cinema has been closed.  The site is currently occupied by a shopping plaza.  The theatre operated for a short period 1992 to 1999.

Bijou~Coronet Theatre / 比照戲院 [1910-1925]

Seating capacity: unknown.  Address: Wyndham Street, Central, Hong Kong

The Bijou Scenic Theatre opened to business in November 1910, and in 1915 it was re-named as Bijou Theatre.  It closed its door on August 17, 1917.  On December 24, 1918 when it resumed operation, it was re-named Coronet Theatre.  It finally closed its doors on August 1, 1925.  According to cinematreasure.org, the King's Theatre was later built on the site of the Coronet Theatre.
