Several years later, a new theatre called Golden Harvest Lee Theatre was built on the fifth floor with a seating capacity of 410.  It operated during the period March 17, 1995 - May 29, 2005.

In the 1996 map book, it's listed as the "Golden Lee Theatre".

MCL JP Cinema was the successor to the former Jade Theatre and Pearl Theatre [1969-1998].  After an extensive reconstruction to the interior of the building, redecoration, and installation of the morden technology, the cinema started operating on July 13, 1999.  The cinema closed on April 18, 2017.

Golden Gateway Multiplex / 嘉禾港威電影城 [1995-2016]

Address: 25 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong

Golden Gateway Multiplex was on the ground floor of The Gateway in Tsim Sha Tsui.  It started operating on April 14, 1995.  In 2011, one screen was removed reducing the total capacity to 610.  The cinema was permanently closed on February 15, 2016 when the lease expired.
