The present day foot bridge stands more or less along the old sea front.  We could use the bridge as a reference for the three piers.

Finally found its location from page 210 of Mapping Hong Kong, at the approximation of Tai Ho Road and Yeung Uk Road.

Fenwick Pier [????- ]

Before 1997, this pier is primarily being used by visiting foreign service men.  I remember the Mac Yuck there is the only one serving Beer in town.  I would have to go and check this out and see if the pier had already be reclaimed later.
