Built in 1917, now Windsor Mansion 29-31 Chatham Road South (source)

It's the building north of Lyeemoon Villas (see 1920 map). It was demolished together with the villas in 1929/30 to make way for Lyemun Flats.

Kowloon air view TST 1927-28

On Flickr the date given is 1934. 

I'm quite sure that the date is 1927 or early 1928. Peninsula Hotel was finished in 1927, and the tower on Signal Hill received a coupola in the second quarter of 1928 - it's not on the photo.

RAF Facilities Cameron Road (Cameron Road "Camp") [c.1920-c.1929]

In the 1920s, the RAF had temporary facilities in Cameron Road on K.I.L.'s 417,418. and 524. 

Hong Kong Daily Press from 1928-04-23 reports:

The entire engine repair section of the Royal Air Force and six men from the Kai Tack Aerodrome left by the s.s. Bellerophon for home. There are about 72 men in all and they are sailing under the command of Flight Officer Jones, the only officer among the party.

Signal Hill 2017

Took this photo from my room at the Panorama Hotel (8A,Hart Ave.).

Early Sunday morning. I think domestic helpers, probably from the Philippines, are holding a Christian mass on Signal Hill.

At the upper part of the photo, the former saluting battery can be seen with concrete supports for the guns.
