Year is a guess. Interesting picture as it 'captures' two criminals in stocks being attended to by an Indian policeman. The structure behind looks like to be a fountaiin which may have replaced the Jubilee Fountain that was erected near No. 2 Police Station. Wanchai Road is on the right.
