I'm a packrat-I save useless ephemera from long-ago trips. In dredging up my memories of my '72 HK trip, I found this card. When I got to the airport, I had no idea where I was going to stay, and the cabdriver took me here. It actually turned out to be a rather pleasant place-certainly not fancy, but more that adequate for me. In looking at Streetview, It looks to still be there, if under the name "Princess". This seems to be one of the very few places in HK that are more or less the same as they were in 1972 when I was there. <Read more ...>
